Forum uptime
Since mid-July we have been experiencing various forum outages. We are monitoring it and trying to keep our status up-to-date at status.onshape.com but we wanted to explain the source of these issues since we are unable to address them directly.
Our forum partner has experienced a number of malicious distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks that have impacted their database performance and web server loads, bringing down forum.onshape.com.
If the situation does not improve, we will be evaluating our options to provide the uptime and stability you would expect from Onshape. We will keep you up to date and apologize for the inconvenience. ~Lou
