Sheet Metal How To

I'm attaching a PDF of a part I'd like to keep in onshape. Some 3D CAD make this pretty easy by allowing the user to form around a line drawn on the face of a piece of sheet metal. It seems like Onshape makes this difficult. Is there an easy way? I will ultimately need to do this as a faceted radius bend for press brake bump forming. The part does not lend itself to slip rolling with any constancy. To be clear, I will shear rectangles, then bump form at approximately 1/2" spacing to form the radius.
