Revolute mate not solving

I am working on a bike frame and have a suspension with 3 pivoting bars, when I add 4th revolute mate to close the suspension it can no longer solve the mates.

Between all 3 bars there should be no reason why the holes cannot align, is there some setting I am missing when resolving the last mate?
