    I would draw one half of the profile and revolve that. Next sketch and extrude a hex on the bottom, then use the hole tool to make the two holes. Finish it off by using the chamfer tool to create the chamfered edges. I would recommend studying the help menu and also the learning center if you are not familiar with the tools.
