Save only the created part after reference

Please help me.
Based on the extrusion, we made a convex and concave fitting part.
The gap is also made by the function of moving the surface so that the fitting is not too tight.
I want to create stl data modeled from only one side of the convex and concave, what should I do?
I want to create data leaving only one side of the sex, convex or concave, but if I try to erase only a part, all the parts created later will be erased with reference to it.
