Is there way i can import a picture?

So i am trying to import an image file as a background to have a guide line for sketch. 
But i can't find a way to do... 
Could you please help is there a way to do this?

Hi @JaeBae not possible to import images to a Plane in parts studio. Here a post about it :

JaeBae,You can import the images to Onshape and it  will be in separate tab. Presently in Onshape we can't import image to part studio.we can't use image as a background.
