Has OS gone down in the last few minutes?
All I'm getting is refresh document.

    Just replied to support. Only 2 documents involved when this happened. Able to make new and open older documents but the 2 that were open have not changed status.

    I'm down. Thought it was only one document, and did a help desk request as all my other documents were fine. But now a few minutes later several of my documents are not opening.

    Thanks Support. Both documents back to operational.
