Automatically unhide sketches already associated with an extrude

When opening (double click) on an extrude operation, very often I want to update/remove/add parts of sketches already included in the extrude. It would be helpful to automatically unhide (make them clickable) during the open extrude window, and then rehide them again at the exist of the extrude. (or more specifically, restore them to what ever "hidden" state they had prior to reopening the extrude op.

@shawn_updegraff We do this today as long as you have not toggled the hide show.  If you have, then we respect the setting you chose.
