edit project dialog permission schemes do not show actual permissions

Reviewers have been set up with export permissions also but it is now shown here.
Small thing but can be confusing at times. seems like export is now shown under any of them although it exists.

    @ryan_mcgoldrick47 This is intentional and why we must the font a bit to show it as a descriptor.  Since you are editing permissions of the project, it is important that this information is clean so there is an understood grant of permissions here.  If we hide this, it might not be clear what you are actually granting.
