Expand Comment functionality

It is a bit limited right now Features that would be good to have.

• Multiple entity selection and tagging as reference within the one comment - currently only 1 entity can be tagged
• screenshots and tagging in comment replies - should be more of a thread like conversation
• copy and paste from clipboard screenshots - currently have to take a screenshot save to desktop and upload
• native screenshot capture of pdf and other uploaded files within the document.

Really would like to use the comment functionality more and have other stakeholders engaged within a review document however the limitations make it a hard sell over using things like PowerPoint to compile screenshots and comments.

@ryan_mcgoldrick47 This is a bit too much but many of these things are already logged and will be coming in subsequent update.

I'd like to second the request for pasting screen grabs. The markup tool both includes too much information and not enough by not allowing us to select something on the edge of the screen
