Importing a DXF into Onshape

Tried to bring in a fairly simple dxf shape, but I can't work with it? Is it because it is just a mess, and I need a plan B, or is it fixable?

Beyond system limit means it is more than 1km long - try importing with units set to mm instead of inches.
