Javascript problem

Hi,
When I try and open a part studio, the message 'Log4javascript_uncompressed.js:621" appears, and the screen is unresponsive - or at least I can't select a sketch plane to get started.
System is XP and browser is Firefox - WebGL is force enabled in Firefox.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
John

lougallo Member, Moderator, Onshape Employees, Developers, csevp Posts: 2,005@john_wilkes the issue is XP. Although you may be able to run the more current browsers, the operating system is not going to be able to run WebGL well. You will need to be on Windows 7 or later to support WebGL properly in the browser. That is not to say once that requirement is met, the hardware you have can support hardware acceleration for good web gl performance. Use the ?
