This is a small project I'm helping a friend out with, he's getting his Phd in automation and needed mechanical support. One of the nice things about this project is that I can talk about the equipment with most other projects covered under an NDA so you can't discuss them.
This assembly has a ratio of 64:1 with zero backlash and will measure the force vs. displacement so we can measure human joint movement. It's very accurate and repeatable.
