Make stdlib a public git repository

If the stdlib were hosted on Github (for example), we could submit code pull requests extremely easily to fix small problems or missing items in the standard library.

Importantly, because the API is self-documented in the code, this could lead to a massive rapid improvement to the API documentation. I've found several erroneous items, and countless unclear descriptions.

I also have probably a dozen functions or more that I found in the standard library, which I managed to (I believe) strictly improve, either in functionality or speed, but the changes are small enough that it seems to create noise here in the improvement request forum. Additionally, for code changes, you want a rigorous review process and discussion.

Sounds like chaos. But I like it. I don't know enough about coding workflows to feel right voting for this though. Does seem like a cool way for others to fix or add some small stuff.

We'd rather just allow a pull request like feature to public documents.
