What is the best way to build aluminum extrusion, with T or V slot?
In Part Studio assembly?

Use the Beams custom feature with a custom profile. It also has a complete 80/20 library included.

@dan_schwartz, as Neil stated, the beams custom feature is the key to modeling structures made from extruded T-slot, tubing, and the like.  Depending on your purpose, consider modeling only the unique parts in a Part Studio.  Then create an assembly from those.

    It's doesn't work.
Can you share a example with me?

It doesn’t look like you selected any vertices? There is an example in the Beams document (right click the feature and “open linked document”)
