Connect Linear Pattern Around a Curve

Is there an easy way to get this pattern to rotate around this curve? I have a linear pattern on the flat faces, but am having trouble getting it to bend well around the curve using arcs. Is there an easier way to do this? Thank you.

In answer to your original question - I suggest extruding the corners using curves like you have in blue. I just made a closed region and extruded the first. Once you have the 2nd level shape, you can do a simple linear pattern.
Other suggestions: constrain your sketches and use symmetry (mirror and pattern to the tangency of corner for example). Both will make your models more robust and easier to design/modify.
Here is the way I did the first layer - https://cad.onshape.com/documents/2ce02718c1e5413edc678e23/w/9e60f46e84b4e743b43f0db4/e/aee48ba5b59607b0ee592134
