Public documents do not open

I am experiencing a problem, public documents do not open for me. 
I can open the ones that I have created, but can not access any other public document, it only gives the runing clock of "Loading workspace" mesage.
Does anyone is having the same trouble?

    @gonzalo_chomon no I am not experience problems with loading public models. Please submit to support

    I just confirmed that I can open public documents both in the US and EU. If you're still seeing the problem, please file a support ticket so we can cross-check what you're seeing with our logs to determine the problem.

    Well Aparently it was a temporal issue, now it is working ok.
    Althought they take quite long to charge.
