I recently had an experience attempting to pay $16 to a prescription provider and spent 30 minutes on the phone with them while they attempted to get their database in the cloud to work. And after 30 minutes it still didn't work and I still haven't paid the bill. That led me to completely revel in gratitude for the amazing experience of Onshape in the cloud. You have created a system that is orders of magnitude more sophisticated than the database the prescription provider struggles to maintain. Onshape tech support is always helpful, the forum community is quick with answers, and I am enjoying the adventure of creating a whole new approach to design.
