How create this part in ONSHAPE

Hi all,

I'm new to Onshape and wondered if someone could explain how I may create this part shown in the picture?

I have used the Revolve function and tried the Extrude function after drawing the tapered lines.

When I saw how @John_P_Desilets had a start profile condition, I had to modify my sketch.
