I designed what I need. Is there a way to make it into a two part mold?

I made this part that I would like to reproduce. Is there an easy way to make 2 blocks that would essentially make a mold of it or do I have to design the 2 parts seperatley? This is the gasket and my idea was to make a mold that I can vacuum form after. If that makes any sense.

You'll have to model it yourself, but it doesn't have to be very hard. Here's an example I did in 5 minutes. You could also look at the suite of mold design tools by @NeilCooke but it's likely overkill unless your gasket is really complex.
