I designed this little part. How can I make a 2 piece mold from the design?

Draw your mold as a box that fully encloses the part, do a boolean subtract to make the negative space inside the mold (with offset if needed)

Then split the mold using the split feature

@carlos_berdeal in addition to the process that @john_mcclary outlined, it may be appropriate to apply the <Transform> tool to your part before you apply the <Boolean - subtract>.  Use that Transform to scale your part to account from shrinkage (e.g. scale by 1.03x).
