How do you share files between standard plans?

Scenario:
We are starting with one standard plan to setup our designs into Onshape.  Once we have validated this workflow, we will add more plans for the sales team.  Can this all be done with standard plans?

    Hi @troy_ostrander - yes you can do that. If you are all on standard plans then it's like sharing data with other companies. The data that each standard plan creates is owned by that standard plan user so the data must then be explicitly shared to other users. You can use Teams to make this easier. The downside to this is that the data is owned by each user and not "the company" which is what Professional provides, as well as Admin "overlord" privileges. Please speak with your Account Executive who will be more than happy to explain the differences.
