BUG Sketch relationship not showing all relations?

Myself and other team members have come across this a few times now when going back to edit a top level skeleton sketch that some entity will remain black as if defined although all sketch relations and dimensions have been deleted. Tested this as in literally deleting all dimensions and relations when turned on visible and still a line will keep some kind of horizontal relationship or distance relationship. meaning our only course of action has been to use the sketch transform tool to move the entity to brute force break relations.
