Anything with that much texture is not going to be easy to do in a mechanical design engineering tool like Onshape. You're much better off in a subdivision surface modeler with paint-like tools. Something like Blender, Modo, Z-brush, Maya, etc...

Simon is right if you really want to control all of those stony textures. You can get something close in Onshape though. Here's an example of one way, but there are many ways to do it. Shoutout to @MichaelPascoe for his Texture feature. Note i'm also using my own Cone custom feature, just for convenience. You could just use sketches and extrudes.

I agree with Evan and S1mon. However if you do need it, I have created a custom feature specifically for this purpose:

See the tutorial gifs in the link above, you can create your own custom textured bricks and use those in the texture feature.

If you need them textured like stone (and each stone different) I'd look into a different 3D tool, like Blende, which is free, and very powerful, but tricky to learn starting out.
