sheet metal box

trying to construct an upside down 5 sided sheet metal box, so need to know a simple way to start, make flanges. I have made one last week, but got too many red flags when changed an original dimension, so decided to just start again. Just can't get a box made!

Heads up, I think you forgot to include your URL.

Start with a solid cube, then use the sheetmetal tool 'convert' 
Select the top face to remove. Then select the bottom four edges to bend

It looks like the problem was it needs to begin as a sheet-metal feature, rather than just a 'thickened' sketch.
