Is there a way to remove all face colors from a part? I looked in help and did not find a way

    Open the Appearance panel on the right. Any face appearances will appear under each part. You can then select them all and suppress or delete.

    This suggests that if I remove all face appearances, every face in the part will take on the color of the part appearance. This is not the case. How do I force all faces to take the color of the part? If the answer is "select all the offending faces and apply the same color as the part", I already know how to do that, and am not looking for such a workaround.

    @Aaron_Emerick

    Is this a part that was initially imported, or is it fully Onshape native?

    @S1mon The faces in question are derived from an import.

    The way that Onshape's face colors work, I don't think it's possible to remove them when they're set by an import. If you go into the original import and turn off appearances, you should be able to essentially reset them. If that's not possible, you need to set all the faces (as you've said you don't want to do).
