Linear Pattern - Pitch and Span

I'm modeling with linear patterns for duplicating parts within a part studio. It appears the value in the linear pattern tool always refers to pitch. In other softwares I've used, one can specify if the value is pitch or overall span.
Is there a way to do this within OnShape? I can write out the math with variables, it's just annoying to need to go through the process of making three variables every time I want a pitch controlled pattern.

But a few of us made our own linear pattern to solve this lacking feature.
Here is one: Linear Pattern Plus (Ovyl) | Linear Pattern Plus Tour Link.pdf (onshape.com)
Thank you!
