Step File Not Opening

Hey,
I'm sure this question comes up a lot, but I not know how to describe it to use the search function.
But i'm trying to open up my step files again but all it shows is just the "Update..." and "Download" buttons. I've cleared up the whole library to organize it and uploaded the same files but they just wont open. I've let it sit overnight hoping itll just render and upload, but nothing has changed.
Anything I can do for this? All i want to do is just view the files while I have someone designing the CAD for me.
