How to draw out a height between 2 planes?

I am new to onshape and in learning of this amazing tool through a free account now.
I imported an external step file and tried to modify/reduce the height of this case/box. I defined 2 additional planes and the gap is 1.5mm between them. I want to draw out the height of 1.5mm between these 2 planes. How can I do this in onshape?
Thanks in advance for any help!

BTW, the reason why I choose 2 middle planes instead of top face moving, is to avoid interference with other features nearby.
