APIs to call viewers from external site?

I am working with a professional website designer and I am ready to start linking the external webstie and onshape content. What APIs are currently available to display content on an external website?

There is not currently an API that enables you to embed an Onshape view in an external web site. Others have asked for this ability - vote it up as an improvement! There are APIs that you can use to programmatically extract data from Onshape, but from your question I'm guessing you are envisioning something that create an embedded viewer in an iframe; we don't have that capability at this time.

Onshape guys can comment about APIs and current state of things in that area. I only know we've discussed about having possibilities to embed named views to external website in future.

You can create a jpeg/png of any view then use these on your website. Just use a tool like snippit to create a photo of the screen image/onshape view you require.
