Cursor in FeatureStudio

Not having a cursor in the Feature studio makes it difficult to work in at the same time as someone else. We have encountered the problem of accidentally writing over each other many times. The main problem is that you only have some idea of where someone is based on where you last saw them typing, but don't know where they might be about to write next. It would also be encouraging to see the cursor moving so you know someone is working on the piece with you.
