continuing a straight line with a tangential circular arc in a sketch?

Hi there, is there a simple and convenient way to continiue with a tangential connected circular arc after drawing a straight line in a sketch?
In the past I worked with a CAD system where you simply switch over by pressing "a" for the next following sketch element to be such an arc - to be continued endlessly if needed.
Otherwise the next skech element is a straigt line again.
Is there such a very helpful possibility to switch over in Onshape too?
