Any way to show only the section and not lines behind it?

Hey folks, one of the more useful features of Solidwork sections was the ability to show what I think was called a "surface cut" section - basically in a section view it would ONLY show hatched solid materials and not any geometry that was below that section (i.e. it was as if you were looking at an infinitely thin slice of the part - not at a part that had been cut in half.)
This was useful for complex sections where the lines behind the "slice" made it confusing to see.
is there any such capability in Onshape?
