Hi
I'm trying to create that "Hair dryer nozzle" but unfortunately I didn't succeed to create loft.
I tried to use "Path" "Guide" - but it doesn't work.
I'll appreciate if someone can help me

Best practice here will be to use two different parts. This will allow you to have a simple loft for the flat portion of this nozzle and a revolve for the attachment area.
From the reference picture, you may not even need a loft:
