Cannot Create New Onshape Account using the same email after deleting an old account

A person in the organisation deleted an account by mistake, and when she tried to sign up again it said the email is already in use. But, when she tries to login, it says "invalid email or password" (even though the password is correct). When she tries to reset her password it does not send her an email. Please help. Able to provide email address of account through appropriate means.
