Export Drawings issue

Hi All,
I cannot export my drawings. If I open my drawing the loading wheels is still there. If I try to export it to the PDF it fails.
This is the last support code: 0c7f4689314bc4f697daae8e
It does not work in the second times. We created drawings from a model and then the problem occured. So we deleted the project and create drawings again and... the problem is still there.
Can somebody help pls?

BTW I planned to buy a few subscriptions but there are lot of problems (simillar problems). And this bug is there for a few weeks and it does not seem that anyone cares....
We are taking.. Looking into it.
