Sketch mode breaks clicking on 3DConnexion CadMouse

I have a Macbook Pro running Chrome and a 3DConnexion CadMouse.

When I edit a sketch in OnShape, clicks are ignored from the CadMouse. Here's the strange thing: Clicks are ignored not only in the OnShape web page, but throughout the OS! I can't even click on the Mac toolbar or other windows.
  • The mouse behaves as expected in all other applications and websites.
  • When I use the trackpad, it behaves as expected.
  • When I plug in a different mouse it works as expected.
  • When I uninstall the 3DConnexion drivers it works as expected (but my SpaceMouse stops working).
  • The same problem happens in Safari.
  • I've installed the latest version of the 3DConnexion drivers.
Here's a video.
