    Hey @_Carbyne_

    Shell
    and Thicken sometimes have trouble calculating very acute faces like the tip of this scoop where it approaches 0 degrees. One way to get around this is to separate the different portions so that the features don't have to calculate that acute angle.

    Here is one way you can do this:
    • Offset surface all faces except the bottom face.
    • Offset surface the bottom face.
    • Mutual trim the two surfaces.
    • Split the original part. This will create the hollow shell.
