How to extrude (delete) with loft and remove 'legs' under dome.

Hi all,
I am new to Onshape and had some questions. I try to design something relatively simple but somehow I can't get it done.
The idea is to create a tapered tube with a round dome at the bottom.
When I am designing I first created the dome OD 54mm and ID 50mm and the recess OD 14mm and ID 12mm, here the first problem arise.
When doing this I somehow cannot remove the excess material which is now sticking out underneath the dome.
1st question, how can I remove these 'legs'
When I continue I make an offset plane and draw the same sketch on top of it besides the the dimensions of the inner and outer diameter of the tube.
I created a sketch with OD 64mm and ID 54mm to make it tapered.
Here I run into a problem since I want the tube to be hollow (of course otherwise it wasn't called a tube XD.)
2nd question, since the 'tube' is tapered how do I extrude (delete) the inside of the tube? I have tried loft but somehow doesn't work.
Thanks in advance!
Kind regards,
Mitchell

Hi @mitchell_meeuwesen, there are a few different ways to do this.
You could copy the main body using Transform before the legs were attached, then use Boolean intersect.

The inside of the tube can be hollowed out using the Hollow feature.

There are a zillion different ways to model things, but one obvious thing would be to model the outside shape and then use shell to get the wall thickness. It seems like you have a lot of features for a fairly simple shape.
Here's something similar (I just eyeballed some of the dimensions) which takes 7 features: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/c9e707a95ede44219b46f40b/w/804ab32a82e21e00dba24035/e/7d671a340378455df502a2fc
