Shell problem, plz help me

Hi, I want to empty all of this structure 1mm thick like the pic!

But there was a problem with the inside of the shell that I tried..

So, I changed the order and tried shell at the end, but it must be an error. What is the problem and how do we solve it?

It will be the sharp point that will be created at the join of the two "flutes" - try adding a fillet to the outside first.
