Glitch? Since the release of 1.167 the shortcut ⌘-S on Mac/Dvorak fails to Commit

I'm work on an M1 MacBook running Venture 13.4.1 and Firefox 115.0.2. I have my keyboard set to the Dvorak layout. Since version 1.167 was released, if I press ⌘-S when editing a FeatureScript tab, the browser shows the Save As dialog.
Previously, the Onshape intercepted the ⌘-S shortcut and used it for Commit.
When I click on the menu (?) Help > Keyboard Shortcuts and search for Commit, I see that is mapped to:
[ctrl/cmd] [s] Commit 🔒
The lock seems to imply that I can't alter this myself to fix the issue.
Other shortcuts fail to respect the Dvorak layout. For example, to hide the world planes, I have to press the physical P key and not the key that Dvorak uses to type P (which is R on a QWERTY keyboard). I have tried using ⌘ with the physical S key (which types O on a Dvorak keyboard) to commit, but this tells the browser to show the Open File dialog.
It seems that Dvorak is not the problem though, because if I switch to the QWERTY layout, quit Firefox and restart it, pressing ⌘-S still brings up the browser's Save As dialog.
