In this assembly of two cylinders, why is not the upper cylinder free to swing?
I cannot find my mistake.

I'm guessing it's to do with the 2-cyl assembly not locating the rear pins parallel



Try remedying that and see if it works

Your 2 fixed pins are not parallel locking the assy up. Change your mate to an cylindrical mate and you will see why.

@ lars_andersson  , as @andrew_troup suggested it is problem with two non parallel axis.
