Onshape Black Background

I have read and performed the recommended fixes for a black background with no resolution. Don't take this the wrong way. I find it difficult for an end user to have to resolve a supplier's issue. The black background is a major problem. I have spent hours trying to fix this issue from my home PC with no success. May I please have some help without having to spend an tremendous amount of time getting a permanent solution.
