Revolute mate over defining the assembly in a linkage

I have a Grashof Condition Class 2 Triple rocker linkage. I am trying to connect the final revolute mate for the assembly and it over defines 3 other mates. I am lost on to why this is happening.

    Change it to a cylindrical mate. Sometimes there is a tolerance issue.
