Multiple parts and surfaces into one part

I am trying to do a simulation on a car that I have designed. However it can only be one part so I was wondering if there is a way that I can make the multiple parts and surfaces in the car into just one single part.

Have you tried Neil's Simplify Feature script.

Once selected as shown previously it will be in your FS list always.

Included in the FS are instructions. Hope this helps.

I watched a video on the script. I understand that it could work in my case however when I attempt to use it, it does not work. I think I am doing something wrong or maybe my model is just not suited?

I suspect the simplify tool is having trouble with surfaces. You may need to thicken surfaces some small amount. I can't confirm since your document link does not allow a copy to play with.

Yes, simplify is for solids not surfaces.

Ok then is there a way that I can fill my model because it has surfaces?
