Does anyone / anywhere carry out paid for tuition for this software? NOT a video!

The title says it all, there are so many things that i as a regular person cannot get onShape to do even though it can do them, things that i think are simple, or at least my imagination seems to think. e.g connecting two rectangles to make an L shape, removing stuff from a rectangle to create an E shaped object etc.
I know you guys can do it in your sleep, but i can't, as a newbie I need more basic guidance, literally from opening up the software. I can copy things from youtube but they don't cover the specifics of my issues or what i might want to make and because they might know how to do something does not qualify them to teach that skill, most of the videos are more of a 'look at what i can do' video more than 'this is how you do' video. Hence the title.
Thank you

Go to https://learn.onshape.com rather than YouTube, for better tuition.

Throw youtube videos out the window. Use the built in training that Neil linked above. If you want to learn the software, expect to spend a few weeks doing many of the training modules. There is no shortcut.

Sorry NeilCooke but that will not be a solution, all those course pre-suppose that I know what I'm doing initially......I don't. I also do not want to design complicated stuff. I want to join two blocks or tilt a column (like leaning tower of Pisa) and the advice I get from the community is not getting me there. I follow instruction to the letter and still they are not creating anything.
It seems this program is not for beginners or hobbyists even though you offer the free version, there is no real support for us. Tell me if I'm wrong.

Have you looked at the CAD basics on the learning center that assumes you know nothing?

@Speedbird1 The courses that Onshape provides in the learning center such as "CAD Basics" and "Onshape Fundamentals: CAD" are a great place to start. I feel like if those haven't been helping you haven't actually watched them or done the exercises. There is also an "Introduction to Part Design" and "Introduction to Sketching" in there as well that breaks it down.

You could also try some of these exercises that a member of the Onshape community posted, found here: CAD Video Tutor (google.com) (My apologies to whoever it was, I only saved the link).
