What does this description for Composite Part mean?

in General
In the Onshape Help under Composite Part (Composite Part (onshape.com), it reads: "A part comprised of selected bodies (parts, surfaces, curves, and/or points) grouped together to act as one part." What points can be included in a composite part? The composite part command does not allow selection of sketch entities including points, and I don't believe there are any 3d point tools. Am I missing something?
