Pop-up when entering values into dialog boxes.

This just started happening and I'm not sure if it's specific to OnShape or something else running in Chrome. I'm not really sure what to even call it so here is a screen shot and what I am doing. I'm entering a number into the radial pattern dialog box, and when I do I get this pop-up on the left with a description and link. In the example below, it's showing a description of the number 12 and a link to Wikapedia. Other links have shown as well. I don't know if this is some odd Chrome extension, or something that's new with OS. It just started happening today.
