sheet metal model from flat pattern.

Hello,

I have a flat pattern which need to bend into a sheet metal model.
Custom featurescript "fold SM" does the trick most of the times. but not allways. also hems are not possible.
are there any other tools that can help with this?
thanks!

Could you give us a link to the 'offending' drawing please and then we can see what we might do if faced with your problem?  Without seeing it, I would have thought that at the very worst you could trace the object as a sketch and then apply the sheet metal procedure which also offers hems.  You might, of course, need to ignore the flanges that are already on your pattern as they would be built within the Sheet Metal procedure.  However, they will at least give you the dimensions that you need.
