Clara.io Import Error

logged into my Clara.io account and linked to Onshape, but import of selected part studio failed.

Should I share my document with Onshape support?
Any ideas why this didn't work?

    I tried clara.io and import went just fine, you should file a ticket (feedback tool in help menu)

    Did anyone ever have success fixing this issue? I've contacted Onshape (who told me its impossible for them to help...) and Clara.io (who hasn't gotten back to me) and have had no luck.
